What are the goals of this program?
The goal of this program is to give you a solid variety of well-structured, at-home workouts that will challenge you while also keeping the movements fresh. Anyone can do this program but it was created with the busy bees in mind that want workouts that are quick and accessible.
What’s the schedule?
Weight and body weight 3 times per week. Each workout will take about 30 minutes to complete. To make the most of your time, each day is focused on a well-rounded full body workout.
