Great workout- I was beginning to think that a lot of your workouts only focus on the anterior (abs) and I felt like my lower back was weaker. But I realized that this workout put a lot of work into the lower back, I just had to focus on it and push myself to get the full extent of the posterior workout… if that makes sense :-)
