In this 6-week program, you'll get 30 EXCLUSIVE guided movement practice (all 20 min or less ) carefully crafted to strengthen your foundation of mobility, strength, and body awareness. The course will take you through 5 sessions per week for 6 weeks to build the HABIT of daily movement practice. You'll follow along with me each session to progressively learn movement practices that will ENHANCE both your fitness and everyday movement.
