How do I get the best outcome from this series?
Use these tutorials as a reference to keep improving your primal movement practice. For beginners, it's a great idea to work through the tutorial over the course of 1-2 weeks. Through frequent practice, you'll get familiar with the foundational primal movements and gain insights into your mobility strengths & weaknesses. You can come back to these tutorials anytime you need a refresher on these movements and tips to improve them.
How to schedule these tutorials into a week?
You can practice these movements as part of your morning movement routine or to warm up for your workout.
What do I need to participate in this program?
The Primal Movement Foundations are focus on bodyweight movements. In most cases, you'll only need a mat or clear, comfortable floor space. The one exception is hanging where you'll need access to a pull up bar.

Squat shifting is tricky for me, I modified it by not going down as low. The jumps felt really nutritious to my knees even though I needed to reduce the volume for my level. Looking forward to getting to do more.

Bit more challenging for me, but very proud I did it, so good having the number of sets laid out so I don't have to think or be tempted to call it enough prematurely!
