What are the goals of the program? The Primal // Kettlebell program is designed to help you increase the quality of your movement & mobility, build functional strength, and burn body fat.
How to get the best outcome of the program? For best results, have at least TWO kettlebells available - a mid-size bell for pressing and a heavy bell for swings & squats.
These are challenging workouts! As you follow the program, make sure to get plenty of quality rest and proper nutrition, especially on training days.
Be sure to supplement your off-days with a 30-minute Daily Dose movement practice.
How to schedule the program into a week? The program features full-length (60-70min) strength & conditioning workouts 3x per week + a Primal Flow 45-minute workout 1x per week.
Perform the full-length workouts with a day of rest in between (MON-WED-FRI) and perform the Primal Flow session on either Saturday or Sunday.
What do I need to participate in this program? Primal // Kettlebell requires at least one kettlebell. 2-3 kettlebells - light, medium, heavy - will allow for best results.

Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? This program is intermediate and advanced trainees. At least 1 year of training experience is recommended.
