How to schedule the program into a week? Each day you will have a series of exercises that should take between 30-60 mins. I recommend scheduling it into your down time where you have at least an hour and half to spare. It can be completed at morning or evening.
How to get the best outcome of the program? To get the best outcome is to do the workouts daily and continue to increase the weights you lift weekly. Couple that with clean eating and you will see results.
What do I need to participate in this program? All you need is dumbbells, a bench or a chair and a jump rope.
