Hi! I’m Kedara, a personal trainer in Dallas, Tx. I own a personal training company; Kmonee Fitness LLC. I’m so excited you’re here to pay those dues with me! I struggled with my weight growing up and was never the athletic type. It wasn’t until I was in preparation of joining the military trying to get in shape that I realized how important it was to take care of your health. That is when I decided to put my health on the forefront. It gave me confidence, strength and a new out look on life. I felt like I could do anything! Once I experienced this change in my own life and seen how it saved me, I knew I wanted to help others do the same. For the last 3 years, I’ve been helping people find their inner beast both physically and mentally. Every day, we’re clocking in and PAYING OUR DUES! I’m not just here to show you workouts. I’m here to motivate you to run faster, jump higher and strive for a better version of you everyday. With my training plans you can expect to lose fat, gain muscle and increase your endurance. My workouts can be done anywhere, any time! If you want to level up pick up some bigger weight! Can’t wait to train with you!
