This 12 Week Hip Rehab Program is designed for anyone experiencing hip, gluteal, and/or low back discomfort/pain OR if you are just looking to prevent hip pain and improve strength and mobility. This program combines targeted mobility, strength, and movement retraining to restore hip function, reduce pain, and prevent future injuries and get you back to running or the activity that you love. What you get with the program: - a new set of rehab exercises each week (6-7 exercises per workout). - lifetime access - access to connect with Dr. Kaylee Kuzma on any questions you may have along the way. - videos and detailed written descriptions of each exercise. This program is good for treating… - hip flexor pain - gluteal tendinopathy - hamstring strains - hip impingement - hip arthritis - low back pain - ITB syndrome This program is not good for… - fractures - stress fractures - ligament tears Equipment REQUIRED: - resistance bands - a small step (4 to 6 inches) - a plyo box OR a chair would work - light and medium dumbbells Equipment used but OPTIONAL: - a medicine ball (optional - can use dumbbells) - swiss/physioball (optional) - yoga mat (optional) - sliders (optional - can use plates or a towel) - yoga block

Hi everyone 👋 My name is Kaylee Kuzma and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I graduated from physical therapy school at Chatham University in 2021 and have been working as a physical therapist for the past 3 years. I enjoy working with all types of patients, but as a runner & hybrid athlete myself I love to treat and educate fellow runners and athletes!
