This 8-week program is designed by physical therapist, Kaylee Kuzma, for runners who are looking to incorporate structured strength training sessions and injury prevention into their training. Included are 3 weekly strength workouts and 1 weekly injury prevention workout. The strength workouts take about 30-40 minutes (at most) to complete and the injury prevention workouts are shorter in duration and take about 15-20 minutes to complete. These workouts can be completed at home or at the gym.
