How often do you add a new class?
Every week! You can expect at least one class from me every week. Sometimes the class is movement, sometimes meditation, breath work, and beyond.
Make sure to let me know what you'd like to see more of.
Where do the classes go once they disappear from the Feed/New section?
You can find the classes in other categories listed (ie: Vinyasa, Yinyasa, Intermediate, etc).
