What is the anatomical focus of this series? Hamstrings, inner hips, outer hips, compression, deep core.
What can I expect from this series? A variety of classes ranging in length and level, all targeting the parts of the body needed to open and strengthen in order to achieve full splits.
What is the time commitment to this series? The 5 Drill classes range from 10 - 20 minutes.
The Full Flow ranges from 50 - 60 minutes.
The Off The Mat Practice is up to you regarding time.
Is this series beginner friendly? The Reclined and Seated Drills are a great place to start if you're a beginner. The classes increase in intensity and difficulty as the week goes on. Remember, you can always repeat the Reclined and Seated Drills as many times as you'd like, and you'll still be working towards full splits!
