You don't have to! However, know that this series was crafted with an intentional build up.
Why are the chakra important?
The imbalance, excessive opening, or blockages in our chakras can show up in a variety of ways both on and off of the mat. Bringing awareness to these areas and their functions, will empower you to notice where you might need more strength, opening, and awareness in your practice.
