I get really bad foot cramp in my arches and outer foot. This flow actually really got those areas working for me. Hopefully repeating this class will help strengthen my feet.

So. I thought I was an advanced beginner, but perhaps I’m still a beginner. I had difficulty with the heels up at times, particularly when opening the chest from mountain. I lost my balance a lot there so couldn’t keep up at those times with the “speed” of the flow. Any tips on strengthening toes/ankles for lots of heels up in addition to organically improving with frequent practice?
Also, maybe a “suggested” class/classes for beginners to build solid foundation?
I’ll be sure to work through the tutorials in addition to a class each day.
