Wellrounded Flow, stretch the hamstrings, the quads and hipflexors as well as opening all sides of the torso. This class had a lot of hip stretching, sidebody stretching and lead you into full supported splits (or not supported is a option) as well as camelpose. Litle hard to hear what been said.

Loving the 90 min class! Wanted to stay low and slow today after an intense weekly rhythm of flows! Couldn’t imagine a better class to balance the week than this! Thank you! Infinite Blessings ~*~
