Wellrounded Flow, stretch the hamstrings, the quads and hipflexors as well as opening all sides of the torso. This class had a lot of hip stretching, sidebody stretching and lead you into full supported splits (or not supported is a option) as well as camelpose. Litle hard to hear what been said.
