You always cue to move from a place of pleasure and this class was just that for me. It was like a nice massage on my glutes, which is my favorite. So pleasurable. I was also able to lower and lift into skandasana first try and every time throughout this class which is a doozer move for me. Cooler temps and that move first thing usually feels intense on my knees but they both handled it well. Loving the progress. Thank you!
