What a treat! Splits & wheel are my favorites to work into to restore my body after some miles on my big bike. Wheel is tough because my glutes get a bit cooked but counters that slumped position so well and splits opens up the hip flexors & hammies in such an enjoyable way. I always feel like I can go more deep into my splits after a big ride too. Feeling so good. Thank you!!
