My knees have been extra tender lately and I physically can’t handle riding my little bike. The impact is to much for me. The thought of not being able to do something I love so much has really started to weigh on my mental health but with your words & work, I’m slowly coming to terms with it. Loved 💕 I struggled with the folded pose one leg standing one leg up, hand to grab ankle of the standing leg. But I'll keep trying!
