Moderate/Intermediate level class.
This is a great way to squeeze in a practice when you don't have a ton of time.
We'll be focusing on the lower body, but this will still be a full body experience!

This was so nice !! Can we get more 15-20 minute flows that still get your heart rate up like this one? Amazing. Sometimes that is all the time I have :)
