Loved that this sequence is long and perfect for dropping into the body on a rainy day 🌧️. Your audio has improved since you first created this video and it's a bit distracting at times during this practice, but I could tune it out and fully felt the benefits of this class. As always, thank you!

Bad soundquality… Not the best class I have done with you. Will not return back to this one because of the soundissue, the music in background do it hard to listen and it takes more energy to listen. Not able to feel the yogabliss after this unfortunely.
