The sound is very very poor. I was broadcasting to my computer and then to TV to see it bigger and barely coold hear it. Video quality poor as well. The exercise very very nice

Thoroughly enjoyed this class! We did double Warrior/skandasana/hero on one side, and I missed it on the other, so I just added it on myself. :) I love that your human and it is a real life practice with you. Keep it up, I enjoy your flows!

One thing I like about revisiting class is I learn new things all the time. As my body change, I can feel different activation/engagement I did not feel before and cues that were not applicable to me before now is accessible. Or I heard a cue that I missed from first time taking it. I finally understand the feeling of the stretch in rabbit pose that I did not before. Thankful for this platform to have so many variety of class for continuous and unending learning. 🙏🏽
