My knees & spine feel so crusty and achy so I stopped biking earlier, laid in the sun and sessioned this. Still feeling crusty & achy but slightly less. Thank you!

Wow- feeling amazing from the heart and hip opening. Those sneaky activated pigeon deals were tough- very nice to strengthen in that pose. Will be back for the this one after a cacao ceremony cuz that will be magical ✨
