My feet are on 🔥🔥 This is a great flow to strengthen your feet as well. I can do standing balance ok in regular flow but when string them all together at once I was struggling, in a good way! 🙃👌🏽 definitely humbling experience and I know I need to work on my feet muscles! 💪🏽💪🏽
