Compression & side plank always get me. Strengthening my quads and stretching my hammies relieve undesired sensations in my knees though so I give it what I have each time. I surprised myself with my tuck entrance this time around too. I used to struggle so hard with it and felt like my low back was going to blast out but nailed a few this go around. Stoked on the lrogress. Thank you!!
