Great! I recall Kayla very easy to follow once I done her session a few times on Alo Moves and was hooked since. She’s the reason why I got interested in adding yoga to my workout routine. I’m here for it!

Litle advanced for begynners as we go through sideplanks, fallen warrior and standing balance. In the end one side of sukhasana missed out, remember to do that side by your self as well ;)
