My body is still feeling pretty crusty. I’ve been pushing myself pretty hard the last month and I can definitely feel it. Especially in my low back, right glutes and IT band. Shit is sooooo tight right now. I need all of the stretching & loving vibes and this one definitely provided. Thank you for always offering something to make me feel good.
