Intermediate/Advanced level class.
This is a tutorial style sequence that breaks down classical sequencing from my specific style so you can jump into these postures and transitions more easily in a full length class.

Those long holds always get my nice and sweaty! This one is a good one to come back to to measure how much my strength has grown. Thank you!

I was avoiding this class because I’m not to fond of tutorial style classes but damn this was good. Your rinse it out flow may be my most sessioned class on here and I’m very familiar with your style so this all clicked in my brain. My spine isn’t quite there yet so I’m still working on the flip dog to wheel transition but I’ve noticed some progress. Loving my process/progress and the journey. Thank you.

The first sequence was actually the most killer for me due to long holds, quite humbeling 😅 will revist to strengthen those crying shoulders
