This was so lovely. I’ve been moving the past couple days and haven’t gotten on my mat so this was the perfect way to get moving mindfully again. And as a new yoga teacher this was great for thinking about how I move my body and how I might sequence something. Thank you for a beautiful class :)

Intermediate level class. 
Back by popular demand is another Intuitive Flow. This style class means that I'll lead the sequence 2x, and the 3rd time you flow through on your own. 
In today's session, we'll work on slightly more dynamic sequencing, which might create more of a challenge with this style. 
We're prepping the body for floor bow, meaning we'll be doing a lot of back bending and hip opening throughout.
