It would be so great if you could do another breakdown of the pose with the camera head on. I have been practicing and teaching for years and still can’t figure out how to unshrug my shoulders properly in this pose. I also occasionally get a sharp pain in my right hand between my ring finger and pinky some days it’s so bad I have to skip planks entirely, not sure if it’s coming from my shoulder or elbow. Do you have any tips for crooked arms ?im sorry for all the questions! I have found you rather recently but love your teaching style so much!
