This class sorts out all of the spots for me. I love staying one step behind and taking a little extra time. Moving slowly from tiger curl to wild thing and the tiny ball shape with legs crossed makes me feel like I’m floating. It’s crazy how good I fee right now. Thank you!

All of your work feels incredible on my body, but there is something extra special about this one. That tiny ball shape and all of the expansive movements make my spine, shoulders & glutes feel so friggin good. Perfect way to counter all of my biking. Thank you so much!!
