The whole backside of my body is pretty sore from yesterdays ashtanga boogie and I knew this would sort that shit right out. That little ball shape is magic. This is the first time I’ve ever been able to lower to skandasana on my left side too. It was slumpy, but I did it without my knee feeling like it was going to blast out the inside. Stoked. Thank you!!

Opps! 4 stars - for sure-I love it.
Im finding the audio tricky, and being unable to play music is a bit annoying.
If I do I hear zero of your teaching, and sometimes it is nice to drop into a flow with music to shut out distractions.
