Remember that sustainable results come from being consistently GOOD rather than occasionally perfect. We are aiming for realistic goals. If 5 days isn’t realistic for you to get into the gym, maybe you aim for three. BUT just be sure you stick to what you aim for! Also remember diet goes hand in hand with working out. You can be killing it in the gym but without high protein, plenty of veggies, healthy fats, and complex carbs you won’t be getting the results you could. I challenge you to educate yourself about how to use your food as FUEL!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
You’ll notice I am advanced BUT these are just staple movements that can all be modified! Making these workouts totally fine for beginner-advanced. Just modify and do what YOU need :)
