Welcome to The Cozy Girl's Recipe Guide! This mini program is made for the girls who are navigating living with endometriosis and want to focus on improving their nutrition and mindfulness when it comes to eating! I know how hard it can be to figure out food to eat that actually makes you feel good, not exhausted or inflamed. So I put together a week of simple, yummy low- inflammatory meals that I love to eat on repeat. What you get: 7 anti-inflammatory, gluten & dairy free recipes 1 grocery list to experiment with different recipes 7 journal prompts to promote mindful eating & healthy wellness habits Personally, I am usually cooking in my cozy clothes. I'm talking sweatpants, fuzzy socks and an oversized sweater. I feel good and then I fuel good. So go put on your cozy clothes and let's get to cooking some easy nourishing recipes!
