About the program

This 10-day course is designed to teach you how the tool of fasting can be used to fit your goals. This course is an accelerated fat burning course specifically designed to target the midsection. I will provide you with a fasting strategy and calendar that you can use now, and time again in the future. You will be given a very specific nutrition strategy to follow to maximize results. You should feel almost immediately lighter, with less bloat and inflammation. Fat translates into inches lost, not necessarily a number on the scale. So be sure to take pictures and take note of how your clothes fit today... and 10 days from now.

    My name is Katie. I have one 3 year old daughter, conditioning coach, and pharmaceutical sales rep by day. Ive been a coach for over 17 years, and after having my daughter I wasn't able to find a consistent program that was fun, challenging and was functional movements as I got older. I needed a program that allowed me flexibility in my day. An effective workout done in 30 minutes, if I can't make the class due to traffic, work or home demands, even if I am at home with my daughter. Eliminate having to think about what to do, and needing a full gym of equipment. The workouts are body weight and dumbbell weight only, including Swim+Hiit programing, and are perfect to get in anytime, anywhere. For the busy lifestyle, this training program was designed to be efficient, and functional movements to give you results while letting you be present for family.

    Frequently asked questions

    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    The majority of the workouts I create will be a mix of body weight and dumbbell workouts only. I would recommend either purchasing a set of smaller weight 3-8lb and heavier weight 10-40lb. All of the workouts may also be done without weight. My athletic stretch requires no equipment
    I'm a beginner, is this app for me?
    No matter where you are in your fitness journey, my app can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, I will walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely. If you are a beginner - modify by reducing number of rounds. If you are advanced, modify by increasing dumbbell weight you are using and reduce rest time. Note: these workouts are challenging both mentally and physically and do require mental fortitude to complete on your own from home, the gym, or outside.
