Frequently asked questions

Do I need to purchase equipment?
The majority of the workouts I create will be a mix of body weight and dumbbell workouts only. I would recommend either purchasing a set of smaller weight 3-8lb and heavier weight 10-40lb. All of the workouts may also be done without weight. My athletic stretch requires no equipment
I'm a beginner, is this app for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, my app can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, I will walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely. If you are a beginner - modify by reducing number of rounds. If you are advanced, modify by increasing dumbbell weight you are using and reduce rest time.
