About the program

This 6 week program is designed to build lean muscle and burn body fat! The workouts in the program are around 50 minutes long so that you do not have to spend hours in the gym. This program requires minimal equipment. Although the gym is recommended, this program can also be done at home with some dumbbells and resistance bands! The training split in this program includes: Day 1 Upper Push Day 2 Legs Day 3 Active Rest Day 4 Upper Pull Day 5 Glutes Day 6/7 Active Rest Make a commitment to the program and yourself and you will see results!
