Finished the last workout 🏋️‍♀️ and feeling good. I think I’d like to continue…as I’m currently on a little roll…and actually staying decently consistent thanks to this. I’d love to continue for another month and get stronger and leaner!

I feel so good!! It feels great getting my body moving and I swear I have more energy after which is wild haha...What did you do to me?! I’ve been having to stretch all morning! I can barely walk 😭😂 also - those bike intervals! It was brutal but it felt good haha I’ve been stretching every time I’ve had a break with work 🤣
