Growing up, I believed that being “pretty” meant being as skinny as possible, thanks to the diet culture that surrounded me. I heard phrases like, “A moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips,” and I rarely saw women lifting weights or truly fueling their bodies with intention. My version of “healthy” in college? Restrictive eating Monday through Friday, only to feel completely depleted and out of control by the weekend.
That’s why I built this program—to help you break free from extremes and build strength + energy that lasts. My mission is to make fitness a lifestyle via workouts, nutrition, and habits that feel strong, sustainable, and empowering.
