Yes most will require equipment. Mostly free weights/barbells/kettlebells/bosu balls/TRX bands/med balls/stability balls/speed ladder/boxes/punching bags/land mines/resistance bands. Some workouts will include just your body weight.
What’s the main goal for your workouts?
Hypertrophy (muscle building). Also improve your cardio/endurance, functionality, speed, agility, mobility, and explosiveness. In addition to losing body fat/toning up; most importantly feeling better. Healthy mind and body!
