What type of workouts are you sharing? Bodybuilding, functional training, HIIT training, SAQ, endurance training, MMA training, and cardio.
Does the workouts require any equipment? Yes most will require equipment. Mostly free weights/barbells/kettlebells/bosu balls/TRX bands/med balls/stability balls/speed ladder/boxes/punching bags/land mines/resistance bands. Some workouts will include just your body weight.
What’s the main goal for your workouts? Hypertrophy (muscle building). Also improve your cardio/endurance, functionality, speed, agility, mobility, and explosiveness. In addition to losing body fat/toning up; most importantly feeling better. Healthy mind and body!
