What do I need to participate in this program? You need your body, resistance bands, stability ball, bosu ball. There will be core programs that require just your body weight. So make sure you stay tuned into the app every week and month!
How to schedule the program into a week? Follow the “W1/D6” format on the app. This means week 1/ day 6 you will follow this program. Then finish the month with this particular program. Then next month I’ll be posting new, tougher workouts 💪🏻
