In 2018, I competed in back-to-back bodybuilding competitions that pushed me into the best shape of my life, then I quickly burned out. Although I drifted from the grind of that ultra-fit lifestyle, I saw the importance of building strength (to feel like a badass, and protect our insides), flexibility (stretching to avoid pain every day), and mobility (to be sure I can take on anything I want without restrictions from my body). I became certified in Personal Training right after the competitions, and added from there; Group Fitness, Core & Functional Fitness, Barre, Barre Intensity, Strength & Restore, Foam Rolling (Myofacial Release), Yoga (online cert).
