you will have 4 days a week for training! All you need is a set of dumbbells, 45ish minutes, and yourself!
I really focused on making this program something very doable and realistic for the busy summer months, but also very effective! this program is for ANYONE!!
you will repeat workouts for the first 4 weeks. After the first 4 weeks you will begin completely different workouts for the last 4 weeks. focusing on progressive overload and improving in some way each week. ( more weight, more reps, time under tension, etc... )
I really encourage you to challenge yourself - if you do not try you will never know what you are capable of. expect to unlock a resilient mindset and a strong, sexy, healthy body.
