About the program

This at home program has all the tools to get you strong for summertime right around the corner! You will have 5 days of guided workouts and 2 rest days for the next 6 weeks! I want this to push you out of your comfort zone, but also do not forget to listen to your body! If you have any questions or concerns please please reach out to me! I am your best friend through this program and your biggest fan! I will do a giveaway at the end of the 6 weeks. to be entered for the giveaway all you have to do is #1- stay consistent, and #2- post of your socials when you have completed a workout and tag me.     Frequently asked questions

    What equipment do I need for this program?
    you will need a set of dumbbells. one set will be fine or a variety will work even better. You will also need a bench of some sort... you can use a chair/couch also.
    What’s the schedule?
    this is a 5 day split. 2 leg days, 2 upper body days, one cardio/abs day, and then you will have 2 rest days.
    Are there any modifications for the exercises?
    Yes! if you need assistance modifying any workouts, send me a message and I’ll be happy to help!
