This at gym program has all the tools to get you strong for summertime right around the corner! You will have 5 days of guided workouts and 2 rest days for the next 6 weeks! I want this to push you out of your comfort zone, but also do not forget to listen to your body! If you have any questions or concerns please please reach out to me! I am your best friend through this program and your biggest fan! I will do a giveaway at the end of the 6 weeks. to be entered for the giveaway all you have to do is #1- stay consistent, and #2- post of your socials when you have completed a workout and tag me.
