PROGRAM DETAILS

this training program is a 4 week program. There will be 5 days of workouts, and 2 rest days. You will need to have a set of dumbbells and some resistance bands would be an added bonus! Abs and Cardio will be included in the workouts. You will have 2 upper body days and 3 lower body days! each workout will be around 1 hour long. the workouts will stay the same each week but your weights should increase. We are training in a progressive overload style, time under tension, and slow and controlled movements. Aim to increase your weights every week with still being able to preform your reps with good form.

    Hi, I am Kate! Thank you for being here I’m so excited! I have been into fitness in some way or another since I was little. I started out in tumbling when I was a little girl. As I got older tumbling faded away and I transitioned into the gym. I was young and did not know what I was doing but I would go to our community rec center everyday after school and do some sort of circuit workout. I then had friends inviting me to CrossFit and I started going to that and latched onto that like a leach! This was when I was really starting to realize my love for fitness! I then experimented with different workout styles. CrossFit, running, weight lifting, HITT classes, etc… 15+ years later and I have found what I love about the fitness industry! I love being in the gym, putting on my headphones, lifting weights, and doing my thing! The benefits that I have seen physically, mentally, and emotionally are out of this world, and to top it all off I now get to help people do the same thing!
