    About Kate Reimann

    Cycle Instructor

    I’ve been a cycle instructor for 15 years. I got my start at a small studio in Mexico, teaching my classes entirely in Spanish! It was wild! After that, I taught in Phoenix, AZ, Monterey, CA, Washington, DC, Alexandria, VA, and Kailua and Honolulu, HI. I’ve taught at big box gyms, military bases, and intimate studios — and while the experiences have been varied, there is one thing each unique experience has in common: we build incredible communities in every single place! When you ride with me, you’re part of a community of achievers — in these classes, we’ll push to our limits to explore what we’re capable of, learn to level up, and burn off the stresses of our daily lives. The beauty of these rides is they’re tailored to YOU and your ability level, and I ensure that you NEVER plateau. Lose yourself a little with me, write a new narrative, find out who you really are! And, after each class, you’ll look at yourself in the mirror and say “Yes, I freaking did!” New classes drop each week — are you ready to ride?

    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
