Hi I'm Kate! I'm a mom of five, athlete, and personal trainer.
Over the course of the last 15 years I have been able to explore a variety of fitness programs and disciplines; CrossFit, functional training, triathlons, trail racing, yoga, prenatal/postnatal exercise, and now hybrid racing.
As a busy parent I understand what it's like to be short on resources and still want to reach your fitness goals. I have created programming to help you maximize workout time and optimize results.
