That was an amazing sweat, and I conquered some goals of doing either 5 seconds more on cardio or 5 reps with a heavier weight, and I freaking crushed it!!! My results from the last challenge inspired me to keep going because results, measurements, and photos don't lie!!! ๐๐ฆต๐๐ฅ๐ช

Day 2!!! Burned almost 500 calories! Stopped a few extra times with the plank ups but overall a great workout!! Planning on having a chicken salad with cucumbers and a drizzle of dressing, and a fruit salad for dessert!!!
