First workout that I've felt good about finishing with high positive intentions for the day!!! I'm working on my mindset as this challenge is certainly trying to test me. I've had a lot of stressful moments this week, ranging from a fever, sore throat, neck and back pain, etc.! Feeling so good today!!!! Nutrition is much more on point too!!! π₯°π¦΅ππ₯πͺ
