Awesome workout 🔥 I warmed up by dance practice for two hrs apprx and the workout took me 20 minutes, burn out - plank I couldn’t hold more than 1:01 😭 and wall squat was like 23 sec 😅 the last 50 air swuats felt so good tho ..thank you for amazing workout!
