Warm up 
50 squats 
50 walking lunges 

Work out:
*4 rounds 30 reps 
*1 min beast to lunge after each round 
*Walking side squats with band (15 reps to the right. 15 reps to the left) 
*Duck walks ( 15 front 15 back)
*Jump lunges 
*Glute bridge with hip abductor 

After each round 
** one minute beast to lunge 

After all rounds - 50 jumping squats

Starting this challenge over because I lost over 10.5 inches from the last challenge. I'm so determined to keep going, and I even went up on my weights today!!! Feeling freaking amazing!!! 🔥👊🦵🍑🥴

Workout 1 lower body

That was an amazing sweat, and I conquered some goals of doing either 5 seconds more on cardio or 5 reps with a heavier weight, and I freaking crushed it!!! My results from the last challenge inspired me to keep going because results, measurements, and photos don't lie!!! 🍑🦵👊🔥💪

Day 2!!! Burned almost 500 calories! Stopped a few extra times with the plank ups but overall a great workout!! Planning on having a chicken salad with cucumbers and a drizzle of dressing, and a fruit salad for dessert!!!

Workout 2 - upper body: chest / triceps / shoulders

It was pretty hard, but took it easy and worked through it. Amazing

This one was tough with all the plank positions, reminds me how weak my arms are lol.

Great workout, but little motivation today. Had a really bad dream and had a difficult time getting past it. Worked through it the best I could and I at least gave it my all!

Dang that was a doozy!!! Burned almost 600 calories. I was not able to finish my workout last night so I wanted to make sure to go strong today. Great workout!! 💪🔥😳

Tricep dips have always been hard for me but i did them all! The 5 minute plank, well i did as long as i possibly could lol. Definitely hurting after that one

Nice workout!!! That 5 minute plank at the end was my toughest challenge, mostly for my arms, as they got tired the quickest. But I still finished in 52 minutes even though I struggled!!!

Went full out without taking a lot of breaks. Last time I did this workout it took me over an hour, and today I finished it in 47 minutes!!! Feeling great!!! 😍🦵🔥😳👊

Burned almost 500 calories today, and feeling amazing!!! My seasonal depression has been hitting me hard so motivation has been lacking over the past week. Meal prepping for the week and starting off strong!!!

Good workout! Wasn’t just overly painful but i know I’ll be feeling it tomorrow. In and outs do not like me!! It kills my thighs lol

Those towel pulls are something else!  They work 🥵😁😁
