i ended up timing my rounds instead of my burpees. round 1 was 6:06.80, round 2 was 5:32.40, and round 3 was 4:40.82!

Missed out on the last two workout days ‘cause I did a CrossFit class on Saturday but died and stayed in bed all day Sunday since my body wanted me to rest. Back at it again and didn’t want to miss out on another one of your workouts so just started where I left off and it was a great way to start my week! 🤙🏼
